This website
This site does not use cookies, tracking or analytics, and it does not collect any personal information itself. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your device's IP address.
Downloads and purchases
The free guide and the book are delivered through Payhip. When you download or buy, Payhip collects your name, email address and payment details and shares your name and email with me so I can deliver your order, answer questions and, if you agreed, send you occasional updates. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; I never see your card details. See Payhip's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
WhatsApp and social media
If you message me on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Threads, I will see your name, number or profile and your messages, and I use them only to reply to you and arrange anything you ask for. I only send marketing messages to people who have asked to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Message me on WhatsApp on 07719 872542. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
